Welcome to our Site! We offer a range of products and services for businesses, including online courses. Before you begin using our Site, there are just a few terms and conditions you will need to read.

1. Booking and Payment
To secure your wedding date, a non-refundable booking fee of 30% is required. This confirms your date on our calendar. The remaining balance is due 30 days before the wedding. If we don’t receive the balance by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel your booking.

If you need to cancel your booking, please inform us as soon as possible. If the cancellation happens within 90 days or more before the scheduled date, we’ll be happy to apply your retainer toward a new, mutually agreed-upon date. Please note, a $200 rescheduling fee will be applied for the change. However, if you cancel or fail to attend the session less than 90 days before the event, all payments made to In Essence will be forfeited. By booking, you understand that we reserve your date and do not take on other sessions or weddings during that time. In the event of cancellation or a no-show, it is important to know that the retainer will not be refunded, as this helps cover losses we incur due to the missed opportunity and preparations made for your session.

2. Changes to the Booking
We understand that plans can change. If you need to move your wedding to a different date, please let us know as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your new date, subject to our availability. If we are unavailable for the revised date, we’ll be happy to refer another photographer or discuss other options with you.

3. Day-of Service
We will provide professional photography services for the agreed number of hours. If you require additional coverage on the day, extra time can be added at a rate of $500 per hour. We will always strive to capture all key moments, though we may take brief breaks when necessary.

4. Delivery of Photos
After your wedding, we’ll carefully edit your photos and provide them to you within 6-8 weeks. You’ll receive them in an online gallery, and your gallery will be available for 365 days. You are welcome to download and print your photos for personal use.

5. Copyright and Usage
We retain the copyright to all photographs taken at your event. However, you’ll have full rights to print and share your images for personal, non-commercial purposes. If sharing online, we kindly ask for a credit or tag to our business.

We may also wish to share some of your beautiful wedding images on our website, social media, or other promotional materials. If you would prefer that your images not be used in this way, simply let us know, and we will respect your wishes.

6. Unforeseen Circumstances
In the unlikely event that we are unable to attend due to illness or other unforeseen circumstances, we will make every effort to arrange for a trusted colleague to step in. If this is not possible, we will refund your booking fee.

We are not responsible for circumstances beyond our control, such as extreme weather or accidents, but we will work with you to make alternative arrangements wherever possible.

7. Client Cooperation
To ensure we capture all the important moments, we appreciate your cooperation in organizing sufficient time for photography on the day. This includes scheduling time for group shots, portraits, and any other specific requests you may have.

Additionally, by booking our services, you confirm that all guests and participants in the event have given their consent to be photographed.

8. Dispute Resolution
In the unlikely event of a disagreement, we are committed to working with you to resolve any issues quickly and fairly. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter will be handled in accordance with the laws of VIC, Australia.

9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of VIC, Australia, and any legal disputes will be handled by the courts in that jurisdiction.
